摘要
工业管道级别是管道设计、施工安装、质量验收等工作的重要依据,因此管道级别的确定务必准确。对《压力管道安全技术监察规程——工业管道》和《石油化工金属管道工程施工质量验收规范》中的两种压力管道分级体系的不同点进行比较。同时从实际工作需求出发,根据工作经验编制了判定GC1级管道的工作流程。针对石化管道级别数量多、确定工作繁琐的实际情况,提出用图表的直观形式查询并确定石油化工工业管道级别,以便提高工作效率。
The grades of industrial pipelines are the important basis of the design,construction and quality acceptance of pipelines,so the determination of pipeline grades shall be accurate.This article compares the differences between two pressure pipeline grade systems in the Pressure Pipe Safety Technology Supervision Regulation for Industrial Pressure Pipe and the Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Metallic Piping in Petrochemical Engineering,To meet the requirements of design,this article establishes a workflow for the determination of Grade GC1 based on working experiences.In view of the numerous pipeline grades in petrochemical industry,this article proposes that using diagrams to determine pipeline grades in petrochemical industry can improve the working efficiency.
