中小项目管理中突发问题解决方法浅析

摘要 项目管理是指在项目活动中运用专门的知识、技能、工具和方法,使项目能够在有限资源限定条件下,实现或超过设定的需求和期望的过程。项目管理是通过启动、计划、执行、监控和关闭这几个阶段的实施和整合来实现的。管理一个项目包括:分析项目要求,确立清晰并可实现的目标,权衡质量、范围、时间和成本间的竞争水平,并依照行业规范和项目计划采取相应办法满足利益相关者的要求和期望。有些项目特点为"短、平、快"。"短"指项目规模小(某项工艺技术改造);"平"指投资少(一亿以下);"快"指工期快,设计周期紧凑(方案+可研+一段设计)。 Project management refers to the application of knowledge,skills,tools and techniques to project activities in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs or expectations.Project management is divided into five stages including initiation,planning,execution,monitoring and closing.Managing a project includes analyzing project requirements,establishing clear and achievable objectives,balancing the competing demands for quality,scope,time and cost,and taking appropriate measures in accordance with industrial standards and project plans to meet stakeholder requirements and expectations.The characteristics of some projects are 'short,flat.fast.' 'Short' means that the project is small in capacity(transformation of a particular process); 'flat' means less investment(one hundred million Yuan or less); 'fast' means short design and construction period(schematic design+feasibility study + detailed design).
