浅谈标准化管理在材料控制工作中的应用

APPLICATION AND FUNCTION OF STANDARDIZATION MANAGEMENT IN MATERIAL CONTROL

以国内某炼油EPC总承包项目为背景,从材料控制的角度阐述了标准化管理在项目材料管理工作中的作用与意义。该项目采用Smart Plant Material系统(SPM系统)作为材料管理的软件平台,项目特点具有一定的普遍性。在分析材料控制工作特点及难点基础上,通过实际案例详细介绍了材料控制工作中标准化管理工作流程的制定过程,分析了已制定标准化流程的实际应用效果及优势,同时也分析了不足之处及亟待改进的方面,探讨了标准化管理流程在整个项目执行过程中的必要性。

This paper takes an EPC project in China as an example to discuss the function and significance of standardization management in material control.The project uses Smart Plant Material system for material control management.This paper introduces in detail the process of developing standardization management workflow by analyzing the characteristics and difficulties in material control,analyzes the application effect,advantages and disadvantages of the standardization workflow developed,and discusses the necessity of standardization management throughout the execution of project.
