农村贫困地区幼儿园教育质量现状与提升建议

On the Quality of Kindergarten Education in the Poor Rural Areas

经过一期学前三年行动计划的推进,我国学前三年毛入园率显著提高,农村地区幼儿园(班)发展迅速,但质量普遍偏低,特别是贫困地区幼儿园教育质量存在着以下突出问题:班均规模和生师比大,个别班额超大,安全隐患多;基本卫生状况差;缺少户外体育活动器械,自制玩具很少;室内游戏材料缺乏,幼儿的游戏得不到保证;班级墙面布置不符合幼儿教育的特点;作息制度和课程小学化;教师专业能力总体偏低。为解决这些突出问题,应为农村贫困地区幼儿园(班)加快补足配齐教师,并普遍提高其保育意识,通过创新培训内容与方法,促使其全面提高各项专业能力。

The gross enrollment ratio of preschool has improved quickly after The Three Years Preschool Action Plan. Rural kindergartens （classes） also have been developed rapidly. But the quality is generally low. The survey found that there were some prominent problems about kindergarten education in rural poor areas. For example, the class size was large with large student/teacher ratio and security troubles and the basic health status was poor. The outdoor sports equipment, self-made toys, indoor plays and related materials could not meet children＇s developmental needs. The class system and curriculum were similar with those of primary schools. The teachers＇ professional level was low. Their education ideas about kindergarten and children should be changed deeply. The quality of kindergartens （classes） education in poor rural areas should be improved as soon as possible.
