超脉冲CO_2激光联合ALA-PDT治疗结节囊肿性痤疮疗效评价 被引量:16

摘要 目的:评价超脉冲CO2激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(ALA-PDT)治疗结节囊肿性痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法:68例IV级痤疮患者随机分为2组,每组34例,分别用超脉冲CO2激光联合ALA-PDT(治疗组)及单纯ALA-PDT治疗(对照组),每周治疗1次,共3次。结果:治疗组痊愈率和有效率分别为70.5%和85.3%高于对照组的44.1%和61.8%(均P<0.05);随访6个月,治疗组的复发率为5.9%低于对照组的23.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超脉冲CO2激光联合ALA-PDT较单纯ALA-PDT治疗结节囊肿性痤疮疗效好,复发率低。 Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of combination of ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser and ALA-PDT in the treatment of nodular and cystic acne. Methods:Sixty-eight patients with IV acne were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 34 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser combined with ALA-PDT and those in the control group were treated with ALA-PDT group only, once every week for 3 times. Results: The cure rate and effective rate were 70.5% and 85.3% in the treatment group, which was higher than those in the control group (44.1% and 61.8%), with significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser combined with ALA-PDT is more effective than ALP-PDT alone in the treatment of nodular and cystic acne.
