中药单体诱导间充质干细胞定向分化研究进展

Research Advances on the Oriented Differentiation of Mesenchymal Stem Cells Induced by Chinese Medicinal Monomers

间充质干细胞(MSCs)具有自我更新和多向分化能力,应用前景广阔。利用诱导剂诱导MSCs定向分化是干细胞研究领域的关键。中药单体成分多样,结构明确,活性广泛。应用中药单体诱导干细胞定向分化成为中药研究的新热点。该文对近年来中药单体诱导MSCs向成骨细胞、神经样细胞、心肌细胞、肝样细胞的定向分化研究进行综述,为中药深入开发提供新思路。

Mesenchymal stem cells（MSCs） are a group of cells with the capability of self-renewal and potential of multilineage differentiation, which have bread application prospects. Oriented differentiation of MSCs induced by revulsant is a key point in the field of stem cell research. Chinese medicinal monomers are diverse and have widespread activity. Application research of the oriented differentiation of MSCs induced by Chinese medicinal monomers has become a new hotspot. Here reviews some progresses on osteoblasts, neu- rons-like cells,cardiomyogenic cells,hepatocyte-like cells differentiation of MSCs induced by some Chinese medicinal monomers in recent years, providing new ideas for further development of traditional Chinese medi- cine.
