摘要 青光眼为人类三大致盲性眼病之一,视网膜神经节细胞凋亡在视神经损伤过程中扮演着重要角色,神经节细胞的凋亡途径及信号通路尚不完全清楚。Bcl-2家族是细胞凋亡调控的影响因子之一,参与青光眼视网膜神经节细胞的凋亡过程,Bcl-2/Bax的比例决定了神经节细胞是否走向死亡。该文就Bcl-2家族在青光眼神经节细胞凋亡过程中的作用机制及研究进展予以综述。 Glaucoma is one of the three major blinding eye diseases to human, and apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells is known to play a key role in the process of optic nerve damage. However,the pathway of gan- glion cell apoptosis and signaling avenue is not entirely clear. Bcl-2 family is one of the regulatory factors for apoptosis of retinal ganion cell involved in the process. The proportion of Bcl-2/Bax determines whether gan- glion cells are dying. Here elaborates the mechanism of action and research progress of Bcl-2 family in glau- coma retinal ganion cell apoptosis.
