摘要 组蛋白去乙酰化酶6(HDAC6)是HDAC家族中一种特殊的类型,它拥有多种组蛋白以外的蛋白底物,因此在细胞中存在多种功能。该文总结大量文献,从HDAC6影响癌细胞的迁移及侵袭、参与化学预防、参与DNA损伤修复及调节激酶活性、参与错误折叠蛋白的聚集、调节细胞免疫及HDAC6抑制剂诱导细胞凋亡等方面系统地阐述HDAC6在肿瘤细胞中的作用,为将来HDAC6抑制剂更广泛地用于肿瘤治疗提供依据。 Histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) is a special isoform of the family of HDAC, and it has many non-histone substrates which allows HDAC6 to assume roles in multiple pathways within the cells. Here sum- marizes the results of extensive documents of HDAC6, elaborating the roles of HDAC6 in cancer cells from six aspects : HDAC6 contributes to cell motility/migration and invasion, provides chemoprevention, plays a role in DNA damage repair and modulating enzymatic activity, participates in the aggregation of misfolded proteins, regulates cellular immune functions and HDAC6 selective inhibitors induce cell apoptosis, to provide the the- ory basis for wider HDAC6I clinical application in treatments of cancer.
