摘要 抑郁症是脑卒中后最常见的神经精神性并发症。近年来,脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)与病灶部位的相关性已成为研究的热点,一些研究已经评估了病灶部位与PSD间的关系,但研究结果不一。该文总结近年来PSD与病灶部位关系的文献,探讨既往研究结果不一的原因,并提出未来PSD与病灶部位相关性研究的方向。 Depression is a most common neuro-psychiatric consequence of stroke,and the relationship between post-stroke depression(PSD) and lesion location has become a focus of the study in recent years. Several studies have evaluated the association between lesion location and depression, but the results were inconsistent. Here reviews the literatures about lesion location and PSD in the recent years, and investigates the reasons for inconsistent results, and puts forward the future study direction of PSD and lesion location.
