Imaging Advances in Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Disease

女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)的发生与盆底解剖结构密切相关。PFD包括的范围很广,临床上通过询问病史和体格检查只能获得一个大体诊断。随着影像技术的发展,临床医师对盆底解剖结构有了新的认识,也为PFD的诊断提供了帮助。该文主要介绍超声、核磁共振成像、X线检查以及影像尿动力学等影像学技术在PFD诊断中的应用。

The occurrence of female pelvic floor dysfunction disease（PFD） is closely related to anatomic structure of pelvic floor. PFD includes many diseases, and medical history and physical examination could only provide a gross diagnosis. With the developrnent of imaging technique, clinicians have deeper understanding of the pelvic floor,providing basis for PFD diagnosis. Here is to introduce the application of ultra- sound, magnetic resonance imaging, X ray, and imaging urodynamics on PFD diagnosis.
