To promote national culture development, ＂national newspapers＂ should follow the ＂law of Chinese language and characters ＂,the ＂people＇s Daily ＂,and the editorials to optimize Chinese. These Journals are the media authorities, and the guide to the Chinese readers, which should be accurate and graceful to help with society ＂green＂. Therefore, the editors should keep on improving the newspaper quality and build up a modern society and to realize Chinese dream. The newspaper should focus on standard Chinese to convey positive power and to boost social quality.
