船舶分段制造车间排产系统研发

Development on Production Schedule System of Block Manufacturing Workshop in Shipyard

为了提高船舶制造业生产效率、实现生产管理一体化,基于准时化生产方式,通过收集分段车间的设备场地分配和划分情况及人员能力数据,研发了船舶分段制造车间排产系统,并得出合理的分段制造计划,可解决船舶制造业存在的经验制造周期下生产计划安排不合理、生产效率低等问题,进一步取得更大的经济效益。

For increasing production efficiency in ship manufacturing industry and reali- zing integration of manufacture management, production schedule system of block manufac- turing workshop in shipyard is developed based on just in time mode and collecting the data of distribution and division of equipment and site and workers ability. The reasonable production schedule can be obtained by the system. The system can solve some problems that happen in the ship manufacturing industry, such as unreasonable production schedule under experien- tial manufacturing cycle, low productivity and etc. It will get the larger economic benefit.
