基于模糊判断的船舶托盘设计质量评价

Quality Evaluation of Ship′s Tray Design Based on Fuzzy Judgment

托盘是船舶建造过程中的重要因素。通过对船舶托盘设计的研究,采用模糊评判法对所设计托盘的质量从多个指标进行了综合评价,根据评价的结果来判定托盘设计质量的好坏,从而来决定是否选用所设计的托盘,还是对设计的过程进行修改。通过实例计算,证实了该方法的适用性,并开发出了船舶托盘设计质量评价计算软件。此方法为托盘设计的质量提供了一种定量决策方法,使船厂能够有更好的托盘,提高船厂的建造效率,带来经济效益。

Ship＇s tray is an important factor in the construction process. Based on the study of the ship＇s tray design, fuzzy judgment method is used for the comprehensive evalua- tion of the quality of the designed tray from multiple indexes. Judging from the results of the evaluation, the quality of the tray is determined, and then selecting the designed tray or modi- fying the design process is decided. Through the calculation of an example, the method is proved to be suitable, and a calculation software for the quality evaluation of ship＇s tray design is developed. The method provides the quality of ship＇s tray design with a quantitative decision -making method. It enables shipyard to have a better tray, develop the construction efficien- cy, and bring in economic benefits.
