钢质船舶薄板成型质量控制研究

Quality Control for Sheet Forming of Steel Vessels

结合某钢质高速船的建造,针对该船薄板的结构特点,分别从钢料加工、分段建造及合拢等方面阐述了该船薄板成型质量控制的基本内容,以及在船体建造的各个阶段所采取的不同的变形控制及矫正措施。在产品施工过程中,由于各项控制措施使用得当,有效地控制了薄板的变形,使该船薄板结构的整体成型质量达到了行业领先水平。

Combining with the steel structures＇ construction of some high speed steel ves- sel and aiming at the structural features of sheet plates, this paper expounds the basic contents of quality control for the vessel＇s sheet forming in terms of steel material processing, block building and assembly, etc. It also introduces the deformation control and corrective measures adopted at different stages in the whole construction process. The sheet deformation is controlled effectively by properly adopting each control measure, which made sheet structures~ o- verall forming quality achieve the leading domestic level.
