摘要
应用非线性有限元软件对T型结构进行了焊接工艺数值仿真,同时制作了相应模型进行试验,试验内容包括横向、纵向收缩量及角变形的测试。试验完成之后,将仿真数据与焊接模型试验结果进行对比,对比结果表明:数值仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好,验证了利用有限元计算软件在相应的计算条件下进行焊接模拟计算的准确性,可以有效指导实船大构件焊接,提高船舶建造焊接精度。
This article makes a numerical simulation of welding technology for T-type structure based on nonlinear finite element software, and carries out a test with corresponding model. The test involves transverse shrinkage, longitudinal shrinkage and angular distortion. Then we compare the simulation data with test result. The result shows that the simulation data and the test result are in good agreement, validates the accuracy of simulation calculation in corresponding condition with finite element calculation software. The results can effectively guide the large component welding and improve the welding accuracy.
