干旱胁迫对三种罗勒种子萌发的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同浓度的PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,研究干旱对大叶罗勒、极细叶罗勒、紫罗勒种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫对这三种罗勒种子萌发及幼苗生长均有显著影响,且种间差异性明显。在5%的PEG-6000干旱胁迫处理下,三种罗勒种子发芽率及幼苗根茎的生长均高于对照组。10%干旱胁迫处理下,紫罗勒种子萌发及幼苗生长优于对照组,大叶罗勒和极细叶罗勒随胁迫浓度的增加种子萌发和幼苗生长均受到一定程度的抑制。浓度为20%的时候,三种罗勒种子萌发及幼苗生长明显受到抑制,大叶罗勒、极细叶罗勒均未展叶。当30%的PEG-6000胁迫处理下种子无法萌发。 The materials of Ocimum basilicum L、Ocimum basilicum 、Ocimum basilicum ˋPurple Ruffles'were used to study the drought on germination and three species basil seeding growth by different concentration PEG-6000 simulate drought method.The results showed that the drought have significant impact on the germination and seeding growth of three species basil seeds.,In addition,the difference of species was obvious.Under the 5% PEG-6000 drought stress treatment,three species of basil seeds germination rate,germination index and the seedling root growth were higher than the control group.Under the 10% PEG-6000 drought stress treatment,purple basil seed germination and seedling growth performance is better than those of control group.With the increasing of stress concentration,the seed germination and seeding growth of the Ocimum basilicum Land Ocimum basilicum were inhibited to some extend.Under the 20% concentration,three Basil seed germination and seedling growth were significantly inhibited,the leaf of Ocimum basilicum Land Ocimum basilicum were not expansion.The seed was difficult to germinate under the 30%PEG-6000 drought stress treatment.
