某细粒级低品位铜钼矿选矿工艺技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 某矿石中铜、钼含量较低,辉钼矿的嵌布粒度很细,且部分粗粒辉钼矿结晶较差,回收钼的难度较大。通过流程方案对比,采用选择性捕收剂BK322,通过铜钼混合浮选—粗精矿再磨的工艺流程,闭路试验获得了铜品位16.18%、钼品位11.98%、铜回收率82.39%、钼回收率72.43%的铜钼混合精矿,铜钼混合精矿经铜钼分离,最终获得含钼46.94%、钼回收率65.33%的钼精矿和含铜20.88%、铜回收率81.81%的铜精矿。 In this paper, the mineral processing technological research on a low and fine grade copper- molybdenum ore, which molybdenite was fine-graded, badly crystallization and hardly to be collected, was carried out. Based on the eomparation of flowsheets, and using selective reagent BK322, the technological flowsheet which Cu-Mo bulk flotation, then Cu-Mo roughing concentrate reground was chosen to process the ore. In the closed-circuit test,there was 16. 18% Cu, 11.98% Mo in Cu-Mo bulk concentrate with 82. 39% Cu recovery,and 72.43% Mo recovery. Finally,the closed-circuit test result was gotten which there was 46. 94% Mo in molybdenum concentrate with 65.33% recovery,and 20. 88% Cu in copper concentrate with 81.81% recovery.
