摘要
针对四川某低品位锂辉石矿矿石风化严重、矿泥含量高、分选困难的问题,进行了试验研究。工艺研究结果表明,采用碱法不脱泥流程,氢氧化钠—碳酸钠—氯化钙作联合调整剂,采用新型捕收剂YOA浮选锂辉石,成功实现了锂辉石与脉石矿物的浮选分离,得到Li2O品位5.59%、回收率85.24%的锂辉石精矿。
A low grade spodumene ore was seriously weathered and contained high amounts of mud, which located in Sichuan . These cause that the ore was very difficult for dressing. Beneficiation process was made to solve the problem. Spodumene was separated from gangue successfully by adjusting the dosage of NaOH, Na2CO3 and CaCl2 when YOA was used as collector. And a flotation concentrate with the grade of 5.59% Li2O and the recovery rate of 85.24% Li2O was produced.
