多制造商竞争下供应链契约研究综述

A Literature Review on Supply Chain Contracts under Competing Multi Manufacturers

文章主要以多制造商竞争下的供应链为研究对象,综述研究此情况下的供应链契约选择与协调问题。在多制造商竞争环境下,制造商和零售商如何选择契约实现各自的最大利润并使供应链系统达到协调,对协调多制造商竞争下的供应链、改进供应链绩效具有指导意义。通过梳理国内外相关文献,总结供应链竞争研究、供应链契约研究以及供应链协调研究的方法。在此基础上,展望未来的研究发展。今后关于多制造商竞争下的供应链契约选择及协调问题的研究将进一步根据实际问题,运用博弈论、最优化理论、系统仿真等理论方法,针对多制造商竞争下的供应链契约选择和协调问题,构建决策模型和方法体系,这对于指导供应链管理的实践有着重要的现实价值。

Based on the supply chain under competing multi-manufacturers as the research object, the literature reviews are the researches of supply chain contracts selection and coordination. Among competing multi-manufacturers, how to choose the contract to maximize their profits and coordinate supply chain system becomes an important issue of supply chain management for manufacturers and retailers. By reviewing the relevant literatures, the various methods of supply chain completions, supply chain contracts and supply chain coordination are summarized. The paper also researches the direction of future development in this domain. In the future, the designed model depends on using game theory, optimization theory and system simulation. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the theory and technique of supply chain management to improve the management and competitive of modem enterprises in theory and in practice.
