摘要
大学生作为一个特殊的社会群体,是我国未来创新创业人才的主要来源,而创业意愿是大学生产生创业行为的先决条件。创新与创业活动是一个社会经济发展的基础和核心。由于学生群体展开研究的比较少,文章从高校创业教育的视角,研究了大学生的创业知识、创业能力和创业态度对大学生群体创业意愿的影响。通过结构方程模型的分析,研究发现创业教育的确能增加大学生的创业知识、创业能力和创业态度,并且创业教育本身也会对大学生创业意愿产生积极的正向影响。创业教育主要通过创业知识路径对创业意愿产生影响,但是创业能力和创业态度的中介作用并不显著。
College students, as a special social group, is the main source of innovation and entrepreneurship in the future in China, while the entrepreneurial intention is a prerequisite of entrepreneurial behavior for them. The innovation and entrepreneurship is a core and the basis of social economic development. Because of the limitation of the study for the college students group, from the perspective of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, three aspects are studied: the students' entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial capacity and entrepreneurial attitude, and how these three aspects affect on college students' entrepreneurial intention. Through the analysis of Structural Equation Model, the study shows that entrepreneurship education can increase college students' knowledge of entrepreneurship, promote college students' entrepreneurial ability and cultivate their entrepreneurial attitude. Entrepreneurship education also has a significantly positive impact on entrepreneurial intention, mainly through the path of entrepreneurship knowledge. However, the intermediary effect of entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial attitude is less significance than the entrepreneurship knowledge.
