TMT功能异质性对创业型战略决策的影响——基于环境不确定性的调节效应视角

The Effect of TMT Functional Heterogeneity on Entrepreneurial Strategic Decision——Based on the Moderating Role of Environmental Uncertainty

以往关于高层管理团队特质的研究并未充分探讨高层管理团队功能异质性的作用,尤其是从组织流程视角探究高层管理团队功能异质性对创业型战略决策的作用以及环境不确定性在二者之间所起到的调节效应。揭示上述变量之间的作用机理将有助于理解高层管理团队特质在特定的环境下对企业战略决策的影响。基于汽车行业上市公司178份有效问卷,文章利用层级回归分析方法对上述关系进行了实证研究。统计结果表明:高层管理团队功能异质性对创业型战略决策具有显著的作用,而环境不确定性越强,较高功能异质性的高层管理团队越倾向于实施创业型战略决策。基于上述研究结论,文章提出了相应的研究启示。

The previous researches about TMT features seldom focused on the functions of TMT functional heterogeneity,especially from the view of organizational process and ignored the moderating role of environmental uncertainty between TMT functional heterogeneity and entrepreneurial strategic decisions. In order to uncover the mechanism among the above relationship this paper, based on 178 valid samples of automotive industry, uses hierarchical regression analysis to study the relationship among TMT functional heterogeneity, entrepreneurial strategic decisions and environmental uncertainty. The results show that TMT functional heterogeneity has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial strategic decisions and the stronger of the environmental uncertainty, the bigger of the effect of TMT functional heterogeneity on the entrepreneurial strategic decisions. Finally implications and limitations are addressed.
