摘要
目的通过分析腰椎间盘突出症患者红外热像图的变化,为其诊断提供客观依据。方法应用患者对照研究,选择腰椎间盘突出症病人100例,正常对照人员100例,使用WN0805型红外热像仪分别对病例组及对照组人员的坐骨神经刺激区域进行红外热像观察。结果病例组人群测温区域呈特异性低温热型,与健侧相比温差明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论红外热像检查可以通过观察受累及神经根分布区域皮肤温度的变化,为腰椎间盘突出症的诊断提供重要依据。
Objective To provide scientific basis for the diagnosis of herniated lumbar disc pain through analysis of infrared thermographs. Methods Case control study was carried out with 100 cases and 100 controls. All the subjects were observed by infrared thermograph (WN0805 Color Instrument,China). Results The results showed that temperature was signifi- cantly different between two groups. The infrared thermographs of patients showed local layer of clearly low temperature on the pain side denoting obvious asymmetric and abnormal or distinc- tively abnormal thermographs. Conclusion It indicated that the infrared thermograph could re- flect the distribution of heat and the function of herniated lumbar disc pain by the changes of the skin temperature. It has important value in the diagnosis of herniated lumbar disc pain.
