产业链视角的中国自主创新道路研究

A Study on the Chinese Road of Independent Innovation from the Perspective of Industrial Chain

新中国建立以来的60多年自主创新道路探索,艰难曲折。从产业链视角理解中国自主创新道路,发现中国特色的自主创新道路,是坚持自主开放原则,以科学技术创新为实质性内容,以产业链为主线,发挥市场机制科技资源配置决定作用,以企业为主体,充分运用"链合创新"、"竞合创新"和"产学研合作创新"等协同创新模式,通过原始创新、集成创新和引进消化吸收再创新等基本路径,攻克产业链上关键技术和核心技术,并形成不受制于外的自主创新能力,实现以建设创新型国家为目标的具有中国特色的道路。

The road of independent innovation exploration was full of difficulties and setbacks since the People＇s Rebublic of China was founded. From the perspective of industrial chain to understand the Chinese road of independent innovation, the paper discovers the independent innovation road with Chinese characteristics, which is to uphold the principle of self open, make scientific and technological innovation as the substantive content, choose industrial chain as the main line, play the decisive role of market mechanism in the allocation of scientific and technological resources, take enterprises as the main body, and make the full use of ＂chain co-innovation＂, ＂competing co-innovation＂ and ＂Industry-University-Institute cooperative innovation＂ and other collaborative innovation models, is to capture industrial chain key technology and core technology through original innovation, integrated innovation and introduction-absorption-innovation and other basic paths, to form capability of independent innovation not subject to foreign countries, and finally to achieve the goal of building an in- novation-oriented country road with Chinese characteristics.
