贵州省公共文化服务体系建设发展状况研究

Study on the Construction and Development of the Public Cultural Service System in Guizhou Province

公共文化服务体系建设一直以来是社会各界广泛关注的民生热点,目前,贵州省公共文化服务体系建设取得了巨大的成就,但也存在公共文化设施滞后、服务效能不高、基层文化人才缺失严重、农家书屋问题严重的问题,因此需要从法律法规、考核标准、队伍建设等方面来进一步加强、完善贵州省公共文化服务体系建设。

The construction of public cultural service system has always been a great concern of people＇s livelihood. So far great achievements have been made in the construction of the public cultural service system,however,public cultural facilities are still lack of resources,service still fail to satisfy demand,and the basic cultural talents are inadequate,which should be addressed by strengthening laws and regulations,assessment criteria,and team construction etc.
