乡村旅游开发中社区居民参与地位的演变考察——以黔中天龙屯堡为例

Study on the Evolution of Role of Community Residents' Participation in Rural Tourism Development——A Case of Tianlong Tunbu( "Statino Village" ) in Central Guizhou

农民是农村社区中的真正主体,而乡村旅游只是帮助农村实现转型发展的手段或路径。农民积极、有效地参与到乡村旅游中来,并在参与过程中实现能力的提升、最终达到自我发展是乡村旅游发展的预设目标。但在天龙乡村旅游的发展过程中,作为文化资本持有者的农民在与货币资本持有者的博弈过程中,其被当作一种帮助货币资本持有者实现利益最大化的工具,天龙屯堡居民的参与也被视为工具性参与。工具性社区参与程度的不断加深,将可能偏离全社会大力发展乡村旅游的预设目标,背离乡村旅游的本质。

Farmers are the real subjects in the rural community,but rural tourism is none other than the means or path which helps rural areas to achieve transformation and development. It is part of the goal of rural tourism that farmers actively participate in rural tourism and improve their own abilities,so as to achieve self-development.However,in the tourism development of Tianlong Tunbu（ ＂ statino Village＂）,when competing with currency capital holders,the culture capital holder： farmers,were taken as an instruments to maximize the benefits for the currency capital holders,and the participation of the residents in Tianlongpu is also considered as instrumental participation.The gradual deepening of the instrumental participation of the community will deviate from the goal of developing rural tourism and the nature of rural tourism.
