基于熵值法的亚太地区固定卫星服务运营商发展能力综合评价与策略分析研究

The Research of Comprehensive Evaluation and Strategy Analysis on the Development Capability of Fixed Satellite Services Operators in Asia-Pacific Based on Entropy Method

本文运用层次分析的基本思想,搭建了发展能力评价指标体系,基于熵值评价法对亚太地区运营商2011~2013年的发展情况进行了综合评价,并根据结果分析了运营商的发展特点,指出了运营商的优势指标、竞争指标与劣势指标,结合因果关系分析了运营商可能选择的策略,为我国运营商与之进行竞争合作提供了一些有益的参考。本文所建立的指标体系、评价模型和策略分析研究方法,还可以应用于对亚太地区运营商的持续性跟踪研究,或者对其他目标运营商的研究。

By using AHP,this paper builds a comprehensive index system and evaluates the development of FSS operators in Asia-Pacific in 2011~2013.It figures out the features,Strengths,short planks of the operators base on the evaluation results,analyses the causations and the strategy of the operators.The index system,evaluation model that we built,and the analysis method used in this paper,can also be used in the subsequent research on the operators in Asia-Pacific and the research on other operators.
