妇血宁颗粒对气虚血瘀模型大鼠凝血功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察妇血宁颗粒对气虚血瘀模型大鼠凝血功能的影响。方法 :通过力竭游泳加皮下注射肾上腺素的方法复制气虚血瘀模型大鼠,设置空白对照组、气虚血瘀模型组、传统汤剂组及妇血宁颗粒大、中、小剂量组,每组10只。空白对照组、气虚血瘀模型组给予生理盐水,传统汤剂组给予妇血宁汤剂,妇血宁颗粒大、中、小剂量组给予相应剂量的妇血宁颗粒。给药7 d后,腹主动脉取血,测定凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量和血流变指标。结果:与模型组比较,妇血宁颗粒各剂量组大鼠活化部分APTT、PT、FIB、血浆黏度及180 s-1、30 s-1和5 s-1血液黏度均降低;妇血宁颗粒大、中、小剂量大鼠APTT、PT及30 s-1、5 s-1血液黏度与模型组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),FIB、血浆黏度和180 s-1血液黏度与模型组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:妇血宁颗粒可改善气虚血瘀模型大鼠的凝血三项指标和血液黏度,但对其血浆黏度影响不大,为妇血宁颗粒的研制提供了药理实验依据。 Objective:To observe the effect of Fuxuening granules on coagulation functions of rats models with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods:The rats models of Qi deficiency and Blood stasis were established by subcutaneous injection of epinephrine and exhaustive swimming. The rats Were divided into six groups:blank control group,model of Qi deficiency and blood stasis group,traditional decoction group,group of large-dose Fuxuening granules,group of medium-dose Fuxuening granules:, and, group of small-dose Fuxuening granules,with ten in each group. The control group and the madel.model group were given normal saline. The traditional decoction group was given traditional decoction.:The groups,,of large-dose, medium-dose and small-dose Fuxuening granules were given correspond dose of FuxuSning grallules. The rats were sampled blood from the abdominal aorta to evaluate the acated,: partial throtnboplastin time (APTF), prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen level (FIB) and blood rheology indexes after 7 day s, i Results : The APTY,PT,FIB,plasma viscosity(PV) and blood viscosity of 180 s-1,30 s-1 and 5s-1 of all Fuxuening granules groups were reduced. All Fuxuening granules groups produced significant effects on APTr,PT and 30 s-1,5 s-1 blood viscosity(P〈0.05),but have no significant effects on FIB,PV and 180 s-1 blood viscosity(P〉0.05). Conclusion:Fuxuening granules can improve three coagulations functions and blood viscosity of rats with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome ,but has little effect on their plasma viscosity. This provides a pharma-cological basis for development of Fuxuening gran- ules.
