嗜酸细胞性乳头状肾细胞癌的临床病理特征及预后 被引量：2

摘要 乳头状肾细胞癌（papillary renal cell carcinoma,PRCC）起源于肾小管上皮细胞,占肾细胞癌的7％[1].2005年,Lefevre等[2]报道了首例具有嗜酸性细胞特征的PRCC（oncocytic papillary renal cell carcinoma,OPRCC）,因其组织形态学、分子遗传学特征及临床预后均与PRCC高度相似,被定义为PRCC的一种新亚型.该肿瘤相对少见,目前国内对此类肿瘤的研究甚少.我们回顾2008年1月至2014年6月收治的5例OPRCC的临床资料,并结合文献探讨其临床病理特征及预后.
