摘要
以基本理论为研究主线,从理论上分析了形成雷电灾害的原因;从雷电带来的灾害性入手,对雷电危害的形式及可能造成的后果进行分类论述;针对不同种类建筑所造成的损害做出了分析及总结;建立雷电灾害风险评估的模型,设计评估系统,根据建筑物所受损害的不同程度进行评估值的计算;采取一定的技术手段来避免再次发生雷灾损害,并检验其技术效果的好坏。
Based on basic theory,this paper analyses the causes of lightning disaster theoretically.According to the hazards caused by lightning,we classify different forms of lightning disaster and their potential consequences.We also analyze and summarize the damages to different kinds of buildings.A lightning disaster evaluation model is built and an evaluation system is designed to calculate the evaluated values according to the extent of damages to a building.Finally we propose some technical measures to prevent lightning disasters and the effects of these have been validated.
