摘要
对目前道岔转辙机解决同步转换采用的各种技术进行分析,提出应用串联油路系统实现电液转辙机同步转换的技术方案,通过厂内试验测试和现场多年的使用验证,采用串联油路系统的电液转辙机能较好地解决道岔同步转换不良的问题。
We analyze various technical solutions for simultaneous switching of point machine and propose a technical solution for simultaneous switching of electro-hydraulic point machine using oil circuit in serial connection.Through years of workshop testing and on-site application,it has been demonstrated that this solution can solve the problem of undesirable simultaneous switching of point machine.
