基于Chan的残差加权算法在锅炉四管泄漏定位中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 准确定位电站锅炉四管泄漏点的位置,对电站锅炉安全、稳定运行十分重要。目前,电站锅炉四管泄漏定位采用传统的Chan算法,该方法定位精度低,而且在某一传声器损坏条件下无法应用。因此,将基于Chan算法的残差加权法(Chan-RW算法)应用到电站锅炉炉膛三维空间泄漏定位中,采用MATLAB软件对其定位性能进行仿真分析,并与传统的Chan算法进行对比。结果表明,在不同声波到达时间差以及不同传声器数目的情况下,Chan-RW算法的定位绝对误差和相对误差均优于Chan算法,且具有良好的传声器容错性能,能很好满足实际工程需求。 Accurately finding the location of tubes leakage in power plant boilers has important significance for power stations’ safe and stable operation.The methods,which used now to locate the leakage of tubes in power plant boilers,have low accuracy and can’t be applied when an acoustic sensor broken.In this paper,a Chan algorithm-based residual weighted algorithm(Chan-RW)is used to locate the leakage of tubes in power plant boiler furnace’s three-dimensional space.The location performance of this Chan-RW algorithm was compared with the Chan algorithm through computer simulation.The simulation results show that the location performance of this Chan-RW algorithm is better than the Chan algorithm under conditions with different time differences of arrival(TDOA)error and different numbers of acoustic sensor,and the ChanRW algorithm has a good ability in tolerating fault of acoustic sensors,which can well meet the needs of practical applications.
