摘要
基于立式泵组的结构及安装特点,分析了其在现场频繁发生结构共振故障的原因,推荐采用振型图法来识别结构共振源,并根据具体情况选择加支撑、调整结合面的接触面积和水平度、以及现场动平衡等处理措施,消除或缓解立式泵组的结构共振故障。将该方法应用于某2台凝结水泵的振动故障处理后,振动降至合格水平,表明该方法可为类似振动故障的处理提供参考。
On the basis of the structure and installation characteristics of vertical pump unit,the reason why structure resonance fault frequently occurs in site was analyzed,and the solution measures were put forward.The vibration mode diagram method was recommended to identify the structure resonance source.Then,according to the actual situation,several measures can be taken to alleviate or eliminate the structure resonance,such as adding supports,adjusting the contacting area and level,field dynamic balance and others.Finally,this solving method was applied on two condensate pumps and the vibration reduced to normal level,indicating this method is effective.
