摘要 本文从生态效率的角度,利用BCC和CCR模型对2003—2012年我国化工业分析得出评价。第一,生态效率是衡量经济活动在创造经济价值的同时,也能兼顾生态效益的平衡。第二,2003—2012年我国化工业的发展经历了末端治理模式,并开始向循环经济发展模式转变。第三,生态效率对规模化依赖程度更高。第四,I模型(投入型)更能反映生态效率情况。 In recent years, chemical industry in China has been seriously polluted. From the eco-efficiency point of view,employing BCC and CCR model,analysis on chemical industry from 2003 to 2012 has been performed. The results show that eco-efficiency is considered as a measure of economic activity in the creation of economic value. At the same time, it can also take into account the ecological balance. The development of the chemical industry from 2003 to 2012 has experienced the end of the governance model and is changing to a recycling economy development model. The eco-efficiency is also found highly dependent on large scale and I model (input type ) can reflect the situation of eco-efficiency better.
