摘要
提出了一种新型含油污泥处理技术。通过实验确定了化学前处理最佳处理温度及pH,砂水比[m(砂):m(水)]越小,处理效果越好,最佳砂水比为1:9;生物处理中最佳降解速率出现在50~60h处,最大降解速率约为70%;处理后污泥作为调剖剂回注或进行烧结处理,实现了含油污泥的减量化、资源化及无害化处理。
A novel oily sludge treatment technology is proposed. The optimum chemical pre-treatment temperature and pH are determined through experiments. Smaller ratio of sand and water leads to better treatment effect. Biological treatment occurs in 50 - 60 hours and the best degradation rate at the maximum degradation rate is about 70%. After the rejection or baking treatment of treated sludge as profile agent, the reduction, recycling and safe disposal of oily sludge can be achieved.
