摘要
分析了几家炼化企业污水处理运行情况、存在的主要问题和"瓶颈"制约因素,提出行之有效的整改措施,实现稳定达标。按照雨污分流、源头控制与除油预处理、高浓度污水预处理、污水处理场优化及分质处理等原则进行炼油污水治理完善与优化改造。
Effective and corrective measures are put forward to effectively promote sewage to meet standard by analyzing sewage treatment operation situation, existing problems and the ＂ bottleneck＂ restricting factors in several refineries. Sewage treatment improvement and optimization of transformation can be done in accordance with diversion of rain and sewage, source control and oil removal pretreatment, preprocessing of high concentration sewage and optimization of sewage treatment field.
