摘要
通过新增碱洗塔的投用和操作优化,600 kt/a裂解装置的轻烃投料量从20 t/h提高至53 t/h、乙烯收率从31.3%提高至32.0%;碱洗塔CO2处理能力从1 500×10-6提高至3 800×10-6;废碱质量分数从2.9%降低至2.3%;碱单耗从67.18 kg/t降低至49.28 kg/t。
A new alkali-washing tower is employed and optimized in this study. The feeding amount of light hydrocarbon in 600 kt/y cracking unit of Daqing petrochemical company is increased from 20 t/h to 53 t/h. Ethylene yield is increased from 31.3% to 32%. CO2 processing capacity of the alkall-washing towers is also improved from 1 500 ppm to 3 800 ppm. At the same time, waste alkali concentration is decreased from 2. 9 wt% to 2. 33 wt% and alkali consumption is decreased from 67. 18 kg/t to 49. 28 kg/t.
