远红外陶瓷粉穴位贴敷治疗风寒袭肺型肺炎的疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究远红外陶瓷粉穴位贴敷治疗风寒袭肺型肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准54例风寒袭肺型肺炎患者进行研究,其中给予远红外陶瓷粉穴位贴敷治疗的27例患者为治疗组,给予常规西医治疗的27例患者为对照组,分析比较两组患者的临床症状及体征、血清指标、病灶吸收等情况。结果:治疗组总有效率92.59%,对照组总有效率77.78%,两组患者临床治疗总有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在咳嗽消失时间、气促缓解时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、症候积分、体温、外周血白细胞水平、CRP水平方面,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:远红外陶瓷粉穴位贴敷对风寒袭肺型肺炎的临床治疗效果优于常规西医治疗,能够加速病灶的吸收,改善炎症症状,显著促进患者临床症状及体征的缓解,具有较高的临床实践价值。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of nanometer- based far- infrared powder acupoint sticking on wind- cold affecting lung pneumonia. Methods: 54 patients with wind- cold affecting lung pneumonia were selected to implement research. 27 patients received nanometer- based far- infrared powder acupoint sticking in the treatment group,and other 27 patients received routine clinical medicine treatment in the control group. Clinical symptoms and signs,serum index and lesion absorption of patients in two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: The total effective rate was 92. 59% in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 77. 78% in the control group. The comparison in elimination time for cough,relief time of breath shortness,and extinction time of lung wet rale,symptom score,body temperature,peripheral blood leukocyte and CRP level had a significant difference( P〈0. 05),and the comparison in the data information was statistically different. Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of nanometer- based far- infrared powder acupoint sticking on wind- cold affecting lung pneumonia is better than that of conventional western medicine treatment. It can accelerate the absorption of lesions,improve symptoms of inflammation,significantly relieve clinical symptoms and signs and deliver a high value in clinical practice.
