平肝化痰法对脑梗死急性期患者超敏C反应蛋白的影响及临床疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察平肝化痰法对脑梗死急性期患者超敏C反应蛋白的影响及临床疗效。方法:80例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组给予西药常规治疗方法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用平肝化痰法的方药。结果:治疗组的总有效率为92.5%,对照组为72.5%,经统计学分析,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在神经功能缺损评分上,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。在对超敏C反应蛋白水平的影响上,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:平肝化痰法对脑梗死急性期患者有较好的疗效,且可降低超敏C反应蛋白水平。 Objective: To investigate the effect on hs- CRP by Pinggan Huatan method for cerebral ischemic stroke and the clinically curative effect. Methods: The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group received the therapy on the basis of control group and Pinggan Huatan method. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 92. 5%,and in the control group it was 72. 5%. After statistical analysis,the treatment group was better than the control group,and there was a statistical significance between two groups. The treatment group was better than the control group according to the effect on hs- CRP. Conclusion: Pinggan Huatan method for treating cerebral ischemic stroke at acute stage and reducing the hs- CRP has a good curative effect.
