摘要 《数控技术》是高校机械类专业的必修课,数控技术实践性强,应用面广,是当代制造业不可或缺的一门技术。高校学生在学习数控技术时,理解能力强,基础理论扎实,但是在实践动手能力方面与技工院校学生比有很大的差距。文中从《数控技术》实践教学的现状出发,提出了数控仿真技术与数控机床相配合,在实践教学中增加数控机床模块化试验以及实践教学与企业生产相结合的模式。使学生能够掌握零件制造工艺编制以及加工程序编写,系统掌握数控机床机械与电气部件功能与原理,培养出理论与实践相结合的高素质人才。 《numerical control technology》 is a compulsory course for college of mechanical engineering, numerical control technology, strong practicality application is wide, is an integral part of modern manufacturing technology.College students in learning the numerical control technology, understanding ability is strong, solid basic theory, but the students practical ability and the mechanic colleges than there is a big gap.This article from the present situation of the (nc technology)) practice teaching in our school, puts forward the numerical simulation technology to match the nc machine tools, nc machine tools in the practice teaching modular experimental and practice teaching model combining with enterprise production.Enable stu- dents to master parts manufacturing and processing program code, system control, function and principle of nc machine tool mechanical and electrical produce the combination of theory and practice of high-quality talent.
