摘要
核电厂蓄电池室排风机电机轴在日常运行时发生疲劳断裂,通过对失效电机轴的化学成分、断口宏观形貌、微观形貌、力学性能、金相组织、受力及运行工况等进行分析,阐述了电机轴断裂的机制。结果表明:电机轴运行中受到循环扭转应力,轴肩部位加工损伤、金相组织不够优良,未经调质处理是轴断裂的主要原因。
The motor shaft of battery room exhaust blower were broken on ctally lnspecuou in a nuclear power plant. The fracture reason of motor shaft was analysised by means of chemical analysis, fracture macrostructure, microstructure, mechanical properties, metallographic analysis, operation condition and so on. The results indicated that the breakage failures of shaft had several reasons such as the motor shaft under circulating torsional stress in operation, machining injure in the shoulder of motor shaft, defectiveness metallurgical structure and un-quenching and-tempering.
