摘要
基于单片机脉冲电压控制及光信号采集,开发了液晶动态响应测试系统,包括电源模块、单片机最小系统、数码管显示模块、按键模块、MSP430最小系统模块、LCD驱动模块、LCD显示屏、串行数据传输模块和信号采集模块.系统操作简单,能够自动对液晶盒施加设置的电压脉冲并实时测量传感器模块的响应而得到数据,并由此绘制液晶动态响应曲线,分析液晶的响应时间.作为一个例子,对强锚泊扭曲排列向列液晶的动态响应进行了实验测量和分析.
Based on the pulse voltage and the light signal acquisition controlled by single chip computer, the testing system on dynamic response of liquid crystal is developed, including the electrical source module, single chip microcomputer minimum system module, digital tube display module, keys module, MSP430 minimum system module, LCD driven module, LCD display, serial data transmission module and the signal acquisition module. With a simple operation, the preset voltage pulse can be automatically applied to the liquid crystal cell and the real-time measurement on the response of sensor module can also be realized to obtain data. According to the obtained data, one can easily draw the dynamic response curves of liquid crystal, and then analyze the response time of liquid crystal. As an example, the dynamic response of strong anchoring twisted nematic liquid crystal is measured experimentally and an analysis is also given.
