This paper summarizes plastic machinery industry overview of Ningbo from January to June 2015, and the overall economic benefits show a downward trend. The total output value of member companies of Ningbo Plastic Machinery Industry Association in the first half fell 7.49% compared with last year. For the above, this paper presents a four-point proposal.
