建设工程竣工验收监督,是工程质量监督的重要环节,不规范的竣工验收可能会带来行政复议、行政诉讼等一系列问题。通过对建设工程竣工验收存在的常见问题分析,提出相关工作建议,旨在通过加强竣工验收监督,规范竣工验收工作,减少履职风险,保障建设工程质量。

Supervision for completion acceptance is an important part of the construction engineering quality supervision. Non-standard completion inspection and acceptance often brought about administrative reconsideration,administrative litigation or other issues. Based on the analysis of existing common problems of completion acceptance of construction engineering,this paper presenting some proposal,aimed to strengthen supervision for completion acceptance,standardizing completion acceptance of construction engineering,to reduce the risk of dereliction and ensure the quality of construction engineering.
