摘要
有效扶持中小企业发展的前提是要清晰界定目标客体的概念范畴;及其内外部经营形势的变化,也要求银行细化客户分层、优化客户结构。根据银行经营管理需要,本文从判定维度、逻辑规则、阈值范围、特性处理等方面形成中小企业标准和阈值设定的理论体系和规范流程,完善对于企业群体的区分度和政策着力点的指向性。并借助数据相关性分析等方式,进行划型标准确定、节点阈值选择、配套措施推进等实务推演,以示范建立中小企业分层和管理模式。
The prerequisite of promoting development of SMEs effectively is to define the concepts of targeting objects clearly. Meanwhile, banks are also obliged to refine their customer segmentation and optimize customer structure, according to the changes in inside and outside circumstances. Based on the management needs of banks, this paper formulate the theoretical system and normative procedure of setting up standards and threshold for SMEs, so as to improve the discrimination degree for enterprises and directivity of policies, from aspects of determining dimensions, logical rules, threshold scope and process of irregularities. In virtue of correlation analysis, it also practice the design of segmentation criterion, choice of node threshold and implementation of supporting measures, in order to guide set- ting up the segmentation and management mechanism for SMEs.
