Study on Classification of Macro- prudential Regulation of Foreign Exchange Flow and Related Problems

本文以外汇流动风险为关注点,结合BIS宏观审慎政策工具标准、我国外汇流动宏观审慎调节目标及已有相关研究,对外汇流动宏观审慎调节工具按风险主体进行了划分,并就实施外汇流动宏观审慎调节工具时金融周期的判断、实施原则及临界指标的界定提出建议,以对我国宏观审慎政策框架的建立提供参考。

Based on the flow of foreign exchange risk as the focus, combined with BIS macro-prudential policy tools standards, China＇ s foreign exchange flow macro-prudential regulation goal and existing related research, the paper divides macro-prudential regulation tools according to the flow of foreign exchange＇ s risk division. Then the paper puts forward suggestions about financial cycle judgment, implementation principle and critical index definition when implementing the macro-prudential regulation of foreign exchange flow tool.
