摘要
凯恩吉电站6#定子装配采用VPI线棒嵌入式无端箍支架结构,由VPI线棒、软端箍、连接板、绝缘盒、铜环引线组成。分析了该水轮发电机组定子装配的现场安装工艺,对现场出现的实际问题进行了研究并提出了解决方案。结果表明,该方案与常规硬端箍结构定子装配的安装工艺相比较,更简洁、省时,更不宜产生错误。
The No. 6 stator assembly in Kainji power station, consisting of VPI stator bar, soft support ring, copper connection plate, con- nection plate and the copper ring, has VPI stator bar embedded structure without the soft support ring. This paper analyzed the field instal- lation technology of the water-turbine generator set stator assembly and carried out research on practical problems on site, proposing the solution. The results show that the installation technology of this scheme is more concise, with less time, not easier to make mistakes than the conventional hard support ring structure stator assembly.
