摘要
叙述了中国煤炭开采造成的若干问题及循环经济的概念,分析研究了煤炭开采循环经济发展模式,从而推动经济、环境和资源的协调发展,全面加强煤炭开采管理与控制力度,也为相关研究者提供一定意义上的理论参考。
This paper described some problems caused by China/s coal mining and the concept of circular economy, analyzed and studied recycling economy development model in coal mining, which can impel the coordinated development of economy, environment and resources. Strengthening overall management and control also provided a certain theoretical reference for related researchers.
