摘要
分析孝义铝土矿开采条件,决定在原开采工艺的基础上增加反铲和穿孔爆破工序。通过实施新工艺,降低开采期间围岩混入率、矿石损失率和贫化率,解决开采漏斗矿体、边角矿体、窄沟矿体等不规则矿体开采难题和开挖硬岩机械磨损问题,同时也避免了三角矿体开采问题,对于提高矿区经济效益具有重要意义。
Based on the Xiaoyi bauxite mining conditions, anti shovel and perforated blasting process were added into original mining process. The implementation of new technology can reduce surrounding rock mixed rate, ore loss ratio and dilution ratio during mining, solve mining problems of irregular ore body such as the funnel ore body, edge orebody, narrow channel ore body and mechanical wear problem of hard rock mining, while avoide the triangle orebody mining problems. It has important significance to improve the economic benefit of the mining area.
