摘要
福州电厂5#、6#机组采用哈尔滨锅炉厂墙式切圆燃烧锅炉,自投产以来2台炉NOx生成量偏差较大,且5#炉SCR(选择性催化还原技术)入口NOx浓度较高,通过调整一次风率、送风分配、改进配煤掺烧等方法后,NOx产生量有明显降低。介绍了福州电厂5#、6#机组的燃烧系统,分析了NOx生成机理,提出了NOx的控制方法。
Wall Type Tangentially-fired boiler that was produced by Harbin Boiler Factory was adopted in 5# and 6# units in Fuzhou Power Plant. Since the first operation, the NOx production deviation in these two boilers is much larger. In addition, concentration of NOx at the SCR-entrance in 5# boiler is higher than expected. However, the NOx production can be significantly reduced by some remarkable methods such as improving: the coal blending and adjusting the primary air rate and the wind distribution. This paper introduced combustion systems of 5# and 6# units used in Fuzhou Power Plant, analyzed the formation mechanism of NOx, and proposed its control method.
