摘要
对中色科技股份有限公司两台空压机进行联控设计。其设计方案为:对空压机进行变频改造;通过RS-485总线把两台空压机、变频器和主控PLC联网;进行联控算法设计。同时,对空压系统的主管道压力和空压机运行状态进行实时监控。实践证明,该设计实现了两台空压机根据用气负荷的变化自动连续调整输出气量,达到了稳压、降耗的目的。
Two air compressors of CNPT have been taken the combine-controlled system design. The design schemes are as follows: First of all, makes the air compressor variable-frequency transformation,and then connects two air compressors, frequency changer and master control PLC in the same network via RS-485 bus, and finally designs the process combine-controlled algorithm. And main pipeline pressure and running status of air compressor system have been taken real time monitoring at the same time. Practice shows that this design has realized the two air compressor adjust the output volume automatically and continuously according to the variation of gas load and achieved the goal of voltage stabilization and consumption reduction.
